21 PHOTOS after Agia Marina forest fires 2021

3 km² of forest was burnt on the 16th of June 21 fire that started outside the village of Agia Marina (Xyliatos) , in Nicosia District. I have a special bond with Agia Marina , being my mothers home village and i have spent hundreds of weekends and many summers over there. I wanted to witness the disaster on sight, so me and my buddy George drove up there. I will not be expanding on the issue of the unfortunate event and how Cyprus every year becomes victim of 2-3 big forest fires. The photographs bellow is the results of the latest fire.
